This Privacy Policy explains how Raid Calculator KnD handles information in the Android app and in the web app available at https://maxxetto.github.io/raid_calc/. The app is developed and maintained by Maxxetto.

Data Stored Locally

Raid Calculator KnD is primarily a local planning tool. Most data created in the app stays on your device or in your browser storage. This can include raid setups, saved simulations, guild planner data, member names entered by you, waiting lists, strike notes, buddying notes, event planner data, friend-code notes, theme choices, language settings and other app preferences.

The app does not provide an account system or cloud sync. Local data is not uploaded to a developer-controlled server by the app.

Import, Export and Sharing

Some features allow you to export or share JSON, ZIP or image files. These actions are started by you. Files that you export or share may contain the information you entered in the app, such as guild names, member names, friend codes, scores, notes or screenshots.

OCR, Screenshots and Gallery Images

On Android, OCR screenshot import and the optional OCR overlay may process screenshots or screen-capture content to help fill app fields. This processing is intended to happen on-device. The app does not upload OCR screenshots or overlay screen captures to a developer server.

Guild Gallery images are stored locally unless you explicitly export or share them.

Network Features

The News and Guides sections may load public content from GitHub Pages. When your device requests those pages or assets, GitHub may process standard web request information such as IP address, browser or device metadata and request time according to GitHub's own policies. Raid Calculator KnD does not attach an app account or developer-controlled user profile to those requests.

Purchases and Premium

Android purchases, subscription status, purchase restore and related store flows are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. These providers may process purchase identifiers, transaction status, device/app metadata or similar information needed to complete purchases, restore access and manage entitlements. Raid Calculator KnD uses this information only for purchase handling and feature access.

Third Parties

Raid Calculator KnD does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information. The main third-party services involved in app operation are Google Play for Android distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, GitHub Pages for public web/news/guide hosting, and platform services selected by you when sharing exported files.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device or in browser storage until you delete it, clear app/browser storage or uninstall the app. You can also delete many records directly inside the app, such as saved setups, guilds, members, gallery albums and planner entries.

Files you export or share are controlled by you and by the destination where you save or send them.

Security

Because most app data is local, you should protect your device, browser profile and exported backup files. Purchase-related communication is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat through their platform security mechanisms.

Children

Raid Calculator KnD is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a shared export or support request, contact the address above.
